Hi Adam

I decided to change my cover letter around a little bit. I decided I'm going to  start with an questions instead. So this is what I began my cover letter with...
Are you looking for a teacher which creates engaging lessons that increase students' interest and abilities?   What do you think?

The other question I have is something that I asked before, but I wanted to go back to it again. I sent an resume/cover letter out to a school district and in addition to that I knew someone there that also addressed my resume with the person hiring which was the assistant  superintendent.
The assistant superintendent replied to this person that I would not get an interview because of I was released right before tenure. Basically I'm a big red flag sticking out. What should I do so I can at least get an interview. Like I said before there was no reason given to me and when they ask that question what happen to where I was working I just refer it to budgeting cuts.

I like it...it stands out from the rest and that is the point.

This will be tough to get around.  The Assistant Superintendent seems to have already made up his mind without even interviewing you...you may want to move on to another school district  Sad
